http://www.knitrowan.com/free-projects.aspx Rowan 's website offers lots of free patterns from past issues of their publications, including some classics like the Seven Foolish Virgins sweater by Kaffe Fassett. Unfortunately, the vintage patterns are black and white pdfs of scans from the original pattern books. More recent patterns (including at least one from their Fall '09 collections) are in attractive user-friendly formats.
